I grew up in and around Munich until I moved to Berlin in 1999.
Photographer.
Since 1997 I was mainly working as an Electrician or Gaffer in Commercial Productions or Feature Films. I'm taking pictures since I was 14, professionally since 2010; due to the demand to take these pictures myself. I'm not an arty photographer. More likely an image finder. My Art is to perfectly meet the message and feeling that needs to be transported through my images. Maximum Visual Usability so to say. I don't limit myself to a special topic in photography. Every single subject has its challenge.

Aufgewachsen in München-Schwabing und einem winzigen Örtchen 80 Km in Richtung Salzburg, unweit des Chiemsees. Wohnhaft in Berlin seit 1999.
Fotograf.
Seit 1997 war ich beruflich tätig als Filmbeleuchter für Werbung und Kinofilme. Ich Fotografiere seit meinem 14. Lebensjahr, Hauptberuflich seit 2010; aus dem Bedürfnis heraus meine Bilder selbst zu machen. Ich bin kein Kunstfotograf. Vielleicht eher Bildfinder. Meine Kunst ist es die zu vermittelnde Emotion optimal zu treffen. Visual Usability also. Ich lege mich nicht auf ein spezielles Sujet fest. Jedes Motiv hat seine eigenen Herausforderungen.
